All machines listed as NRS Certified come with a function guarantee only. Upgraded guarantees are available.

Standard Function Guarantee by NRS Equipment, Inc.

Our Function Guarantee covers the customer for the functionality of any major components on the machine, consumables and wear and tear parts are excluded. We check and replace all parts that we deem past usable lifespan or faulty at the point of examination. Then, the machine is connected to power and all its major functions are checked. Once, we are confident the machine is ready to be installed, we place our certification on it. The machine must be installed by 1 of our certified technicians. The installation fee and all travel expenses and other expenses associated with installation are not included in the purchase price of the machine.

Premium Function Guarantee by NRS Equipment, Inc.

The above Function Guarantee above is still honored plus a selected, limited parts cost contribution policy on parts that we have REPLACED in order to bring the machine to proper functioning standards for 90 days. As below:

We contribute Used to New Purchase Percentage Ratio on all parts that are deemed defective within the Function Guarantee period. For example, a Park Destiny 2005 was purchased for $75,000 from us. The machine new is $200,000. The Used to New Ratio is $75/200=37.5%. If a piece becomes defective that is $2000 Brand new, then we credit to you: 37.5% x $2000= $750. Defective parts need to be returned to NRS Equipment. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

All parts are covered except Touch Screens, PLCs, Servo Drives, 24V DC Parts, Bearings, Petal Collets, Solenoid Valves

The machine must be installed by 1 of our certified technicians within 10 business days of delivery of the machine. The installation fee and all travel expenses and other expenses associated with installation are not included.

Five Star Function Guarantee by NRS Equipment, Inc.

Both Standard and Premium Guarantees are included in this guarantee. Premium Guarantee is extended to 180 days.

Added Options:

• A Reconditioned BODY-All steel body and frame are refurbished, epoxied, and repainted.
• Premium Guarantee upgraded to all components on the machine EXCEPT Touch Screens, PLCs, Servo Drives, 24V DC Parts, Bearings, Petal Collets, Solenoid Valves.

The machine must be installed by one of our certified technicians within 10 business days of delivery of the machine. The installation fee and all travel expenses and other expenses associated with installation are not included. Defective parts must be returned to NRS Equipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
