and polishing of bull-nose and other round forms (half bull-nose, pencil
For pieces that require beveling superior and inferior sections, there are
two spindles with direct drive, pneumatic work pressure, and pressurized to
avoid water and dust entrance.
On an electro-welded steel structure with grinded support plane runs the
synthetic conveyor belt with a guide that avoids the lateral displacement,
driven by a motorreducer with an electronic speed control. The material is
transported by polyurethane rollers with stainless steel axes and, for big
dimension pieces, there's a mobile bar with plastic wheels and entrance-exit
benches with acetyl resin wheels and stainless steel axes. The structure has
a material-support system with motorized anti-slip rollers.
For making grooves on the inferior, superior or on the edge of the material,
there is a spindle for mounting a diamond disk with manual vertical,
horizontal and angular motions.
