The ECS compact plant cleans the industrial water and the separated sludge fully automatically! Space saving design! 12' wide x 4' deep x 10' high. Up to 43 Gallons per minute of clear water. Comes with extra filter bags and spare change out tray. Dirty water pump was recently exchanged. Unit was only used for about a year's production. All components required for a closed water system are integrated within the plant: the high-performance clarifier with the dirty-water pump the sludge-drying section with drying bags in containers and eccentric pump the pressure increase pump for returning the clarified water the fresh-water storage tank The immersion pump pumps the dirty water from a small collecting basin of approx. 1m„ volume into the high-performance clarifier. The special lamella construction inside the clarifier allows physical water clarification according to the flow-through principle. The clarified water flows into the fresh-water storage tank via an overflow and is returned to the production machines by the pressure increase pump. The separated sludge is pumped to the drying section of the plant by the sludge pump with flexible time control. Water losses from evaporation or residual humidity of the separated sludge are compensated for by the automatic fresh-water supervision. Once a week, a cleaning program is started for cleaning the lamellas inside the clarifier. The use of an ECS water treatment plant guarantees a constantly very good water quality. The closed water system saves costs for water and waste water! All specifications are subject to verification.
